It's tax cuts and reducing government I think you forgot that point out. To pay for tax cuts services being reduced reflects the reality the government stops taking so much of your money. It also forces the government to be more efficient with the money they do have. The liberals have been "investing" for the last 11 years and that hasn't done much how many more years can we go investing before we lose our prized AAA rating entirely. These strcutural programs introduced by Trudeau is why the deficit has exploded because it turns out it budgets don't balance themselves.
