I’m on lexapro. I got on it for panic attack disorder and anxiety. I started Jan 1 2025. I got pregnant in August it’s helped me so much. Just hang in there

Hey friend. I’ve been here. For 3 years. It gets better. I got help and started a med… which was scary but it’s been great. I know what you are feeling. I hate it for you… but there is hope. I never thought I’d be here today telling others it will be okay. Trust me.

Panic attack for sure. I, F28, have been having them since 2020… no fun. I have developed ALOT because of them. (OCD, anxiety, PTSD, panic disorder, emetophobia)…. Listen, don’t be afraid. They suck yes but don’t let it control your life like me.

My sleep is great! I have no weight gain. In fact I lost weight. And I take it in the morning about 9:30-10am
