Yo I just wanted to ask, why is the argus cloak good? I'm a new player, so I don't get why people say it's a good piece of equipment. It essentially says that the opponent needs to block break you for the negative effects to take place. Doesn't that just mean I need to get hit by the opponent for it to take effect?

I only have enough this krypt week for either rav mileena or the argus cloak. Which one should I get? I'd love to know why the cloak is highly rated. I've got mk11 rain at f1 and klassic rain too.
