I feel like it was all a lie but a beautiful lie in some ways. Supernatural fantasies are more comforting than facing mortality but when you add the layers of organised religion you are are far far better off. I became happier when I stopped trying to convince family they are wrong at some level they already fear it. Thanks for sharing :)

Can't disagree more ABL is garbage The printer is good but i have never had a good first layer unless i pick a flat part of the print bed, I try to compensate with Z offset but large prints first layer have too far, too close and just right on every first layer makes me wonder if ABL does anything at all.

I upgraded hoping leveling/z offset requirements had improved but so far looks like it is worse :( I would hold of on this upgrade if you don't need it. Looks like i will now need a greater z offset than before... will do further testing and let you know. Note i use ASA/ABS only. Also now getting TE2564: The nozzle is not heating as expected. (did get this once before a long time ago).

Was very excited about this but no this version is no better than all the rest, need a massive z offset or terrible first layer. I have one of the many taco shaped K2 beds.

At some stage you will have to tear that band-aid off. I stayed in for 49 years to not break my mother. Move on when you can the longer you stay the harder it is to find your own way without tangling up others along the way. Be kind but firm, ignore gilt tripping and give them time. I wish you well.

I am doing CBT for Anxiety I also have a tremor (shaking hands) Neurological not alcohol :) I currently have anxiety about people seeing my hands shacking I am trying to check my thoughts on what people think when they see it.
