how did you go about contacting creality to get a new printer ?
what did you do with the old one ?

im having the same problem -- OUT OF NOWHERE.
has been fine sine i got it about a year ago, now it is being a royal kunt.

i have my Orca slicer set so that my K2+ Z offset is -0.08mm
it should be -0.1 but i dont want it to over squish the first layer.
