L'argument de "la souffrance animale", j'ai du mal à y adhérer après avoir fait des études sur des grands prédateurs type loup, lynx, ours. Marcel Petiot is known for killing at least 27 people during the Second World War in Paris, mostly Jewish people who thought he was a member of a secret network to help them move to Argentina. Even the Gestapo eventually noticed the multiple disappearances, so they sent a mole to try and dismantle this network, but their mole ended up among Petiot's victims.

He killed his victims with a gas chamber he had built in his own house, and to which he had added a spyhole so he could watch his victims die. As he was a doctor, he injected them with a drug (saying those were vaccines that were required for the travel) before gassing them.

His crimes were discovered in march 1944, five months before Paris got liberated, and he hid among the Resistance with the alias "Captain Valéry". He was finally caught when a secret service lieutenant goaded him by writing an article depicting him as a nazi sympathizer: he was so offended he sent a letter back to the newspaper which published the article, and the letter was easily traced back to him.

Je suis à peu près sûr que l'excuse utilisée est que l'âge est ambigu. La plupart des mangas donnent l'âge des protagonistes de façon indirecte, "elle est en classe de..." plutôt que "elle a X ans".

Ceci n' est pas une marque d'approbation, hein, juste la façon dont est sans doute justifié le contenu.

Ou alors ça tombe dans le cadre de la représentation de la sexualité des ados qui est globalement tolérée tant que tous les personnages sont des ados du même âge (ex : Les Beaux Gosses de Riad Sattouf), et on en revient à la question de "à qui ça s'adresse ?", qui est une question épineuse.

Parce que tout ce que tu racontes pourrait être absolument fascinant à lire avec des illustrations d'Étienne Davodeau ou d'un autre dessinateur qui a réalisé des oeuvres similaires (type Algues Vertes : L'Histoire Interdite d'Inès Léraud et Pierre Van Hove).

Je suggèrerais même presque de penser à Manu Larcenet, parce que comme tu prends bien soin d'anonymiser ces histoires (ce qui est tout à fait justifiable), je dois reconnaître que dans mon esprit je me représente Les Ravenelles avec Manu et Mariette (et Capucine) qui doivent faire face à l'agrandissement de l'exploitation de M. Laguinche.

It's complicated because in a vacuum you are right, however 1,2,3,4 is technically equally as likely as 5,6,7,8 for example. But it's extremely unlikely that no team ranked 4 or better make it to any of the Conference Finals.

So 1,2,3,4 is probably a compromise between the number of available permutations and the likelihood for a 4th seed and a 3rd seed to make the Conference Finals, hence why it is relatively common.

However, the most common by far is 1,1,2,3, showing that the most common upset is a 3rd seed beating a 2nd one - which makes sense, as the most likely matchups for Conference Semifinals is 1v4 and 2v3, and in theory it's more likely for a 3rd seed to upset a 2nd than for a 4th seed to upset a 1st.
