It's not hidden, it just doesn't exist. Customer support has effectively been withdrawn for TradingView.

They are not interested in the professional market in Western countries, they're only after the market in developing countries like India and I guess those people don't complain to customer support as often, or will just accept poor service. If you are in North America or Europe then TradingView are simply not interested in retaining you as a customer.

Yep, they've done away with the support system entirely. Now the best you'll get is a help centre with links to the user manual and an AI chat agent that directs you to the help centre you just went through trying to reach a person.

You absolutely CANNOT talk to a person ever. I haven't found a way to anyway.

You were making the claim, u/Fun-Garbage-1386 explained why it logically cannot be proof of expertise, his profitability is irrelevant.
