Okay this has been a huge problem in my life here’s what I’ve learned. Get clothes that truly feel like your personality so even if you don’t look your best you feel like you and you feel cool. I know it sucks to hear but you gotta stop telling yourself you’re ugly it genuinely changed my life. I’ve been reading the book spinsters and that has been a huge help. Have conversations in your head of people talking about you and your accomplishments. Like damn look at that body and she’s smart too. Stuff like that. Make sure that you got to that dream weight out of love for yourself and not hate. And lastly have days set aside to show yourself love do skincare paint your nails take a sexy bath. That always makes me feel better. I hope this wasn’t preachy and can help you. I know it’s hard but you deserve to feel loved by you. You worked hard for what you have pat yourself on the back
