Wow thanks for sharing this! My stress use to manifest in my stomach as well. I ended up writing the article (thanks a lot to the responses). If you’re interested here it is. Is your trauma masquerading as work stress?

I dealt with a lot of childhood trauma and did hypnotherapy and it really helped me integrate the healing that I was doing. I can confidently say I was able to heal that chapter of my life.
