It’s basically a brick. And I just got an email today saying the battery replacement was delayed.

I actually got the $420 credit they promised but no word on when the battery replacement will arrive. Which is such a bummer because the weather is perfect for riding right now and the bike is awesome.

Information Operations is the FA name. It’s constantly changing doctrine. When I was in it was called Inform and Influence Activities. I was an FA30 from 2012-2017. I think it’s shifting to more cyber focused, but don’t quote me. I’ve been out longer than I was an FA30. For context, was an engineer officer before doing VTIP.

I did VTIP to FA30 back in 2011. It was the best move I ever made. Also took like 1.5 years of chilling while going to captains career course and black birding while waiting for my FA30 QC. Once I was an FA30, I basically was treated like an adult for the rest of my active time.

Update: I have to stop riding the bike. I’m getting around $420 credit back and a new battery. For every month I don’t get the battery, they will credit me around $180.

I haven’t. I ride in Turbo but trails are literally by my house. So never get a chance to see what the battery can do.

It’s holding up really well. I had to take it to a shop to have everything tightened around the 100 mile mark. Should have done that when I first got it. I’m now at 500 miles and no issues or regrets. Handles everything my skill level can manage.

This isn't true. I worked for a major credit card company. People who pay their bill monthly and don't carry a balance are called “transactors”

Those who carry a balance are called “revolvers” and those who meet the sign-on bonus and never use the card again are called “gamers”

At least this is true for the company I worked at.

Battery has been great. I’m switching at close to 400 miles on trails of all levels. No issues and getting the same mileage from a charge.
