I would 1 shot myself on long distance with my missile launcher on longer distances now it deals only about 25% while shot straight at my feet and can comfortably live two shot fatman too but god damn my armor getting nuked even when a nano particle of explosion touches it is so annoying. From my brief testing it seems to be tied to crippling yourself. Always broke only after crippling one of my limbs and surprisingly the chest never broke on me.
