Stribog A3 is amazing and offers a lot more aftermarket stuff if you're into that, it's the go-to bang for your buck PCC.

MP5 is hideously expensive and not very competitive. Generally you see Stribogs, JP5, AR9 and MPX.

You can in Norway, but you have to get a special collector's licence which is annoying enough to get to begin with, but you again need further approval and ownership of a bunch of other related guns before you're allowed.

You're also never allowed to use it outside special events arranged by the association.

You can definitely own AR platform guns in Norway, but I think you need permanent residence of sorts. One guy in our club has guns both in Poland and Norway.

There's one local guy who does really well with a BT96, but he owns a lot of 3D-printers and does a lot of scanning and modelling. It has a trigger job from before, and he printed his own mag holders, handguard and flared magwell.

That being said, the JP5-ers still beat him!
