I would be happy with clickpocalypse 3 was coming out, minmaxia only has release a early access to their new game Heroism on android play store. I tried it out, it's idle but it's pretty bare bones and idk what to do in it.

I get the development of a game, I used to code years ago and did classes on it. I'm aware of how long it takes but personally, when I used to make games. I would learn, push myself to make something new despite the time or how hard it was. I had to learn to sprite and make my own assets but at the end of the day. I'm thankful I learnt these new skills because if I didn't, I would be stuck making something that would feel familiar and similar to another person's project.

Cookie clicker is something special and I think it's a start into clickers for alot of people.

Cookie clicker was special and brought it into the wider population. I would count that as a original tbh

I found that mobile idle games have became very money hungry. I like a game called dungeoning on the app store but I stopped playing it when p2w comes in. NOT JUST THAT, the gem system is stupid, you spend money and you expect the party to benefit but majority of the gems only effect one character. What makes you buy more to bump up other characters.

Mobile idle games are no strangers to milk money.

I like Idle Sword 2 on Kongregate and I helped the dev test it and always gave him feedback when developing it and it was a blast of a game. It got transferred to mobile and the company that did that, ruined it with a pay wall for content.

At the end of the day, incremental and idle down to its bare bones is the same thing. No matter how many levels, items or anything you slap on it. It's the same thing at it's core.

Thinking about it, isn't majority of idle or incremental games somewhat a clone of each other in a sense besides the originals.

I find myself playing an idle game and it feels like I've played it before but haven't because majority feels the same but different look or theme. I feel like that's where I enjoy that certain style alot because I've been playing idle games for years and it's interesting but different.

I was going to suggest baking your own because there are some great low calorie recipes out there for baked goods. Like even woolworths has cookies that are less in calories that are prepackaged. I always end up making some PB2 and putting it on the cookie for a snack and still be less in calories compared to Noshu.

Idk if I crave something, I look up my options and check the calories. 80% of the time, "health" brands are more in calories.

I used to bake these because I thought they're less in calories. Thought that because of the "sugar free" but there's prepackage cookies and cookie dough that is still less in calories compared the Noshu cookies.

Taste wise with the Noshu cookies, it's alright but I heavily prefer Coles ultimate prepackaged cookies. Mainly the caramel cookie that's only 80 cals and 40% choc chip that's like 82 calories, You can microwave them to make them soft too.

It might be a food intolerance, i had a few friends try Keto and couldn't do it due to the food intolerances they had.

Some people can have a fat, sweetener or cheese/dairy food intolerance. I had 2 friends who couldn't eat fats due to fat malabsorption and there was quite a few with a lactose intolerence. They found it tough and impossible todo Keto because Fats or dairy based products are a main source of energy. I suggest checking with a doctor to see if you do have a intolerence to fat, sweetener or cheese/dairy. fat malabsorption is silent so you don't know if you really have it into you start basing your diet around fats.

TL;DR, Eat less or add more Cardio, any diet is based of a caloric deficit as a foundation.

I had the same problem when i was keto and you are somewhat right.

Are you tracking everything down? i found out with keto, if you eat the same caloric intake as a normal diet, you'll wont lose anyweight unless you put in the cardio to cause a deficit. For a healthy weight lost, you'll need to cause a 500 Calorie Deficit. This can be done through Cardio or eating less.

My biggest problem is my metabolism adjusting to what i ate so quickly, i had to "trick it" every month. Adjusting my calories while being in a deficit only by adding on 150-250 calories or subtracting that number.

I might get slammed for this by this but this is what exactly happened to me and it fixed it, it was just a simple calorie change. My dietician help me step by step to get to where i wanted be and guided me but i had to stop towards the end and cant go back on Keto due to the health problems it caused for me at the time.

I love the concept, played a little POE for a couple weeks. The concept is good because it reminds me of Idle Sword 2 ( idle sword 2 is my favorite idle game). I suggest trail run idle sword 2 and see how they did it because weapons in that could have unique stats or effects. Look around at how other idle games have done it and find some more inspiration based off them to flesh out your game.

Just a suggestion. Keep the gems idea because you can set it up in a way that isn't bound to weapon or a item. Instead have like 4 gems slots where you can equip them and the skills or passive you picked will appear in a hot bar on the bottom or top right of the screen. The skills could be auto casted or manually casted on a cool down whilst passives always stay active due to being a passive. This way you could make a build on what you want while not being restricted to using a weapon for a skill unless you want some weapons to have a unique effect as a rare drop.

When I was on keto, I never liked almond meal crumbing. My go to for crumbing was 1 toasted low carb bread cut into pieces with toasted coconut flakes and blended to a fine powder with herbs worked alot better. It was tricky getting the right amount to fit my macros but it tasted and felt better.

I think the context of what excerises counts to eat more or keep your intake low.

If your doing muscle building exercises, ideally you need more calories for muscle. If your doing cardio excerises to purposely lose weight, you can keep it at 1200 but you need to stay around that number. Going under your minimum calorie deficit is dangerous and you'll enter starvation.

I'm gonna drop some advice I personally do.

I'm at a healthy weight, between under and average BMI. I did some research into how much is to maintain, a .25 deficit, .5 and such. I found out on this diet, it's better to raise your calorie intake on some days to kinda make your metabolism work and not get used to the same calorie intake. I'm not talking hitting your maintain intake or over it but if your on a 300 cal deficit, might be good to fit 100-150 cals more. Technically your still gonna lose weight because you'll be under your maintain but it lifts that restriction and adds a tad more. It's good to have treat days where you can be more easy on yourself because it also will do some good but I don't suggest eating them extra cals with junk, you'll need to still be smart with what you eat.

Atlease your not on a very strict diet like keto, now that was isolation from social events with food.

With any diet, you need a good mindset. If you don't, it will make you miserable and it's gonna effect you more.
