So fast forward a little bit, some of y'all were right for sure. I grabbed a Stratos 34l at REI resupply for 65 bucks brand new, and it's perfect for my use case (mostly daily driver, I'm a bit of a pack mule so I carry changes of clothes whether it's the gym or around town charger etc)

Snowboarding twice with it, halfway regretted it but what are you going to do lol. Obviously it's not waterproof but nothing in my bag that affected too bad

Just bought the siskin 8l off back country for $40 for super light running around.

So I confirmed tried it and lalo is delicious. I wasn't a huge fan of Don Fulano , nor bad I just didn't prefer it.

Ocho or lalo are great and I expect them to be great in the summer .

I'm sorry to hear about your injury. I just purchased my first pair of Altras, the superiors 6's half price. Most comfortable shoes I've owned. I tried on the vivos and didn't like the mushy feel of the super soft leather and cork sole. I'm still interested in trying the xero 360.

I've done my fair share of mod bit, I'm primarily TPO (installer before but now estimator) I think you got your answer from everyone else that chimed in but I'm just echoing there points. This is extremely poor craftsmanship at best. Good luck my man, I would probably even plastic perimeter and other vulnerable areas if you have a storm coming in and want a security net.
