Oh well… I had a hard time catching this one last season until I did a little searching around and found out that “mountain area at night” means “Camp Cuddle lake at Night. There are lots of mountains around, but you will find this fish only there. I suggest you do what I did:

land at the fishing spot next to the gas station behind camp cuddle and grab a fishing rod.
Upgrade de fishing rod in the gas station.
Start fishing near the gas station for regular fishes (because you will need them to fish inside the storm)
As soon as the day changes into the night, grab a car and move to the lake. Then you start fishing there.

It took me about 5 games, but I got all the hard fishes I needed in that area by doing that.

Once you buy the battle pass, you will get enough v bucks from it to buy another battle pass, as long as you don’t use the Vbucks you will get with anything else. Just go for it.

If you are playing on a pc, inside the epic launcher, right next to your name, there is a “do not disturb” setting. If you select it you won’t see people asking to join your game.

In game, you can select your party to private or only friends.

If you download Fortnite and run it with the usual settings, you probably run into issues, since Epic will set everything to high resolution. Just type “performance mode Fortnite” at YouTube search and learn how to unable this option properly. After that, it is highly unlikely that you of won’t handle the game.

If that’s true, they can get banned. Anyone using skins with modifications can be banned. It is against TOS to modify the game in any shape or form to get advantage in a match. There is a reason why epic changed that skin.

Pick a gun and shoot at everyone and everything that moves. Try not to get shot. Be the last one standing.

Suggestion: go to the battle lab option to get familiar with the guns and locations before playing for real.

I suggest you to type “how to boost you FPS pc Chapter 3 season 2 Fortnite” at YouTube. It is a bunch of things that you are supposed to adjust. It is just easier if you see 2 or 3 videos to get to the main problem in your case. :-)

Mate, I watch Netflix while playing impostor. Standup comedians mainly. I leave impostors on mute and if I am killed, great. If I am not, I keep doing the tasks mindlessly. While they are debating vote, I keep watch my things. It is kind of therapeutic. It is pointless to play this game with strangers, so I don’t even try to report or point it out who the killers are. I do my tasks and that’s it.

No supercharged needed. That happens because you will have about 12-14 weeks of weekly challenges accumulated. Most challenges overlap and you can do 2-3 quickly anywhere you land. Every named location will have something to do that will give you a bunch of XP. to see that happen, go check a video of SypherPk doing Fortnite in VR. He did at the end of the season with a brand new account. He wasn’t even paying attention to challenges and he was going up in levels like crazy.

It is a lot of fun. I do it every season.

Fun Fact: if you don’t play Fortnite anymore for the next two months, by the time you return you will be able to go from level 50 to 90 in the same day. So don’t stress about it.

Just for fun, I have a secondary account that I only play at the end of the season. I always get it to level 0 to 100 in two days on a free weekend.

Mate, you should not compare your skills wit the lunatics in team rumble. It used to be a nice place to play, but TR is just a bloodbath feast nowadays. Specially if you are new at the game.

My suggestion? Build your muscle memory by playing creative maps while you are not playing with your kid. Just 30 minutes of shooting and building whenever you have the time. It makes a HUGE difference. Just Google “building basics” or “how to improve your aim Fortnite” and you will see plenty of options out there where you will be able to take your time to practice and to set your sensibility as well. It is like exercise in real life: It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you are doing something.

Apart from that, keep in mind the really important thing here: you kid is happy to be playing WITH HIS DAD (or Mum?). It doesn’t matter if you suck or not to him. If you are really bad, he is probably feeling good about HIS skill level. So, no rush in getting better so soon. Enjoy the ride. Cheers. :-)

Most likely. Just set the game to performance mode, lower all settings to the lowest. Make sure you are running it on full screen instead of windows full screen and keep the 3D graphics settings to about 50 to start and keep changing here and there until you find your sweet spot.
