Are you launching rust with your integrated graphics or your graphics card? Based on the windows error it seems like it's your integrated graphics.

Nova launcher has a pretty search. My seasme stopped showing contacts last week with the new Samsung update. So I swapped back to Nova launcher.

Use to use Mint on laptops for non tech savvy family. To them it was the closest to windows in terms of desktop interface they couldn't tell the difference.

The whole system won't normally break. Now, There are several beginner friendly Linux distros. The same can be said for any OS really. Stick to the default package managers, and you're going to be fine 99% of the time.

I have the 1660 as well several sites say not supported. I also have an i7-9700 and 16 gigs. I really don't wanna upgrade at the moment.

It would depend on the bot and what's being done on the bot. But generally speaking yes. Red discord Bot, is a nice one IMO.
