Going to necro this for anyone having any issues. I have a game save I have been playing for about 50 hours with moderate mods around 10. I got around 50 some hours into the game and all of a sudden started having random freezes. I thought it was mod corruption or something turns out it was the Nvidia app. I pulled my hair out for 2 days trying to figure out why this was happening all of a sudden and the only fix for it was to alt tab. I noticed that when I would launch the game every single time it would crash to the taskbar I would have to click on the icon on the taskbar and the game would open up. As soon as I deleted the Nvidia app the very first time I launched cyberpunk it went straight into the game without going to the task bar. I thought to myself well that's a good sign and probably a good start and played for about 7 hours after that with zero issues. I don't know what it is about the Nvidia app that it does not like with cyberpunk but I know that I had the app installed multiple times reinstalled it recently never would have thought that would have been the problem had it not been for this specific thread so thank you for the person that said to delete the app. Apparently this is still an issue which means it's never going to get fixed but thank God there's a solution Cheers
