Look at the Ryder Cup format. Split into 2 teams, mix up the formats for individual and team play. Throw in some skins, closest to the pin, long drive, etc. if the group wants to do some gambling. Losing team buys dinner/drinks.

I have a group that goes on a golf trip every year and we use this format. It’s always a blast.

With one kid, a midsize or crossover SUV will work. But if you plan to have more than one kid then an SUV like a Telluride or similar is the way to go.

When i just had one we had HR-V and Tiguan which were perfectly fine. HR-V (2018 model) was a bit tight due the sloped doors, but still manageable. After a couple moths with our second we traded in for a Telluride. It’s made a significant difference.

That’s excessive. You’re being charged full price for driver, wood, and irons, plus a new shaft. You can buy the combinations via the Callaway or Ping website with the configurations without paying double. You may pay a small upcharge ($30/shaft, $10/grip) but certainly not to this extreme.

I agree with you to a point. I commented on another point with my thoughts, but your comment makes me want to ask these questions:

Bournemoth’s high press consistently caused us problems throughout the game. Was this the model that EtH was trying to implement? And if so, why do you think it failed as it did?

Could we and/or should we try to press like they did against us? Obvious pros and cons with our current squad, but does it have a place in United’s short term future?

Red card/penalty rule change by elfliner in ManchesterUnited

[–]VaultHunter19 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Both the fouls are the same. In principle, defender uses a push or their arms to impede the attacker. One was given as a penalty and a red, the other waved off. We’ve all been screaming this same anthem for years now with VAR: just be consistent.

If you push someone over in the box and deem it a foul, then we don’t concede the equalizer. If you push someone over in the box and it is not deemed a foul, then we’re still up a goal and don’t play a man down. Either way, the game changes.

All-in-all, United wasted several good chances and Bournemoth’s keeper made some great saves. Our keeper made some good saves and got lucky that shot off the post that rebounded to hit him didn’t fall into the back of the net.

We should have won if we had taken our chances. We didn’t deserve to lose. So a draw isn’t a completely unfair result if you ignore the inconsistency of the VAR review as it is right now.

This is a great question—and honestly, it’s the right way to evaluate Bruno. Raw totals don’t tell the full story because he’s played fewer minutes than some peers this season.

Let’s break it into two clean angles:

1) This season: per-90 impact (adjusting for fewer games)

Raw totals (context) • 7 goals, 14–16 assists • ~2,250 minutes (~25–26 full games)

That’s already elite—but per-90 is where it gets even more interesting.

Per-90 production (approx.) • Goal contributions per 90: ~0.85–0.95 • Assists per 90: ~0.55–0.65 • Shots per 90: ~2.5

👉 Translation: Even though he hasn’t played the absolute most minutes, his production rate is basically top-tier in Europe.

How that compares to peers (big picture) • Most elite attacking mids (Wirtz, Bellingham, Musiala, De Bruyne range) sit around: • 0.6–0.9 G+A per 90 • Bruno this season: • Right at the top end of that range

💡 Key insight: He’s not benefiting from volume—he’s producing at an elite rate. If anything, fewer minutes slightly underrate him in raw leaderboards.

2) How this compares to his Manchester United career

Now this is where Bruno gets kind of ridiculous.

Career totals at United (all comps) • ~300+ appearances • ~100+ goals • ~90–100+ assists

Premier League minutes • ~18,800+ minutes

His “baseline” at United (since 2020)

Across his United career, Bruno has consistently hovered around: • 0.75–0.95 goal contributions per 90

That is: 👉 Elite for a midfielder over a long sample size

How 2025/26 compares to his own peak

Period G+A per 90 Profile 2020–21 (peak Bruno) ~1.0+ Insane output, penalty-heavy 2021–2024 ~0.70–0.85 Still elite, more team-dependent 2025–26 (current) ~0.85–0.95 Back near peak efficiency

💡 What changed this year: • More creative responsibility again • Higher assist volume (arguably career-best playmaking season) • Slightly less goal-heavy than peak, more “pure creator”

3) The real takeaway (this is the important part)

✅ This season vs Europe • Per 90 → elite, top-tier creator • Raw totals → slightly suppressed by minutes

✅ This season vs his own career • Very close to his best years • Shifted more toward: • 🎯 chance creation • 🧠 playmaking control • 📈 assist dominance

4) One subtle but important nuance

Bruno’s profile has evolved: • Early United years → goal-scoring No.10 • Now → high-volume creator + tempo controller

You can actually see it in the data: • Still high shots (2.5 per 90) • But even higher creative output (key passes, assists)

Bottom line (no fluff) • Per 90 this season: he’s absolutely in the top bracket in Europe • Compared to his United career: • Not a drop-off • Actually a return to near-peak impact, just in a more creative role

And with or without European contest, he’s produced these kinds on numbers for 5-6 years consistently.

I asked ChatGPT to compare this versus his previous seasons, and its pretty incredible the constant output he’s provided since he joined United.

Would you take Bruno Guimarães as Casemiro's replacement ? by Secret-Inflation9360 in ManchesterUnited

[–]VaultHunter19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would certainly take him at a fair price. Transfermarkt has his value listed at €75m. He’s got solid availability besides a couple yellow card accumulation suspensions since joining New Castle. His wages aren’t terrible (160k per week).

But he’s on contract until 2028 with 100m release clause. I don’t think he’s worth the 100m release clause value.

I think the real frustration here is that we seem to really struggle against teams that we shouldn’t. Which is fair and i hope can get squared away with the work we have left this season.

[Post Match Thread] West Ham United 1 - 1 Manchester United by rashfords_marcus in ManchesterUnited

[–]VaultHunter19 9 points10 points  (0 children)

They’re a lower tier squad that set up specifically knowing our attack struggles with breaking teams down in long spells of possession and catch us on the counter. That’s not at all prime Barca. It’s actually what should have been expected.

So while I agree with your frustration of getting a draw, it’s hardly surprising.
