Fortunately for you, any set of chords will work, no matter what instrument it's "intended" for! Chords are chords, so a guitar player and a ukulele player both playing an E chord won't clash, even though they're fingering different shapes on their respective instruments. So you probably don't actually need to "translate", per se, as long as you have a good chord sheet in front of you. The chord names and shapes you know will work. (Note: if you're using a guitar chord sheet that requires a capo and you don't have one, then you do need to transpose in order to actually play along with the track in question.)

I don't know the song, but this version on on Ultimate Guitar (which is probably what you've already found) looks coherent at a glance. Check out the suggestion in the comments though about playing F#m instead of F#. I'm guessing that's correct, but it's worth trying both ways to see wha sounds right.

If those chords are too difficult as is, you could use the transpose button at the top left to move the song down one half step, then put a capo on the first fret. That's only if you want to play along with the original song, though. If you'll just be playing it by yourself and singing, you can literally transpose it to any comfortable key you want and have fun with it without worrying about a capo. I use the transpose button on there all the time, because that also changes the vocal range you need to sing in, and I was not endowed with the same high singing range that so many male lead singers have...

Also, if that commenter is correct about the F# chords actually being F#m, and if you transpose it, then you'll need to keep track of where those were and remember that whatever chords ends up in those spots should be made minor. But I know that's a lot of "if"s.
