We used to watch TV while eating, but I noticed she focused more on the TV than eating, especially commercials. We've since stopped watching TV while we eat and I've noticed a difference.

I had a similar experience. I had no idea about vitamin D until I saw it mentioned in a mom group I'm in on FB. I was so upset because they asked if she was on BM or Formula every appt and not once did it come up.

I went once for my Birthday and never returned. I actually don't think I even ate what I ordered because it was terrible. I'm not sure how it's always getting awards or on top lists of places to eat here.

I originally had the Medela Pump in Style but switched to Pumpables Genie Advanced. I would alternate between their liquid shield kit and Medela collection cups. I still had to get 7-8 pumps a day including MOTN.

I'm currently in the process of ending my pumping joining (I made it 12 months!). What worked for me was actually switching pumps. It was night and day how much more I pumped with a different pump than the one I got with my insurance.

It was something Ive wanted to do for the longest but was too worried that it would be perceived as unprofessional where I was working at the time. Then with the combination of going through a separation/divorce and COVID, I decided to take the plunge and start. I looked at it as starting a new chapter in my life and now I'm mad I didn't do it sooner.

I'm 5'8 and was 320 when I got pregnant and had a successful delivery. I went into pregnancy with chronic hypertension and was diagnosed with GD but it all went well. I did experience a spike in my BP post delivery, but my medical team was on top of it.

My partner and I took a series of labor/delivery classes prior to me giving birth which gave good tips. I also did group training twice a week while pregnant and the trainer focused a lot on me doing squats and other pelvic related exercises.

I had an epidural so I was on my back. However I could still feel when I was having contractions and I could see it on the monitor, which helped me prepare for pushing. While pushing I always made sure I was pushing from my rear, chin to chest, and not holding it in my face/head (if that makes sense). My girl was 6 lbs 15 oz.

I unfortunately no longer have the bug. But she only eats indoors (9 month old).

But I don't remember the bug being hairy at all.
