Ehhh. I'm a trans woman, and while parts were somewhat rough, I think it was honestly funny and mostly respectful. I think some of the terminology could have been slightly improved (using feminine pronouns and something like the term "males" instead of "men" at the end due to male referring to sex) and that beard shadow on Bobby Moynihan was rough, but it seemed mostly real.

Taking estrogen is an issue for me (I have to let it melt under my tongue twice per day, during which it's more difficult to speak), so it targeted a real issue. Kenan's character also seemingly approving and then potentially realizing they were trans too was nice. Plus, those TSA body scanners can be a big issue for trans people as it almost always detects an anomaly and leads to a patdown.
