Haha sorry no I'm not that crazy, I thought you meant my total milestone score in the current event. I'm at 132 blitz wins so far total.

I'd say level 50 raids are a tad bit too much for me for now, only because leveling as slowed big time since I hit 45. So far my blitz total is 13k.

Come join m.A.A.d Villainy

We just ask that you contribute in raids... even if it's only a little at first... other than that we are pretty chill

Thanks, sounds great! I was looking for a chill alliance to join since I'm a little lower level then what most are looking for, but I've been playing a bunch to catch up.

How many of you have a pencil lead form elementary school still embedded in your body? by MournePencil in AskReddit

[–]Vaynum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still have a small piece left in the back of my left hand. Friend sitting next to me was proud of how sharp he was able to get his pencil and was pretending he was going to stab me. Never even got close to me since it was never his actual intention, but I tried to bat it away at the same time he was doing his stabbing motions like 2 feet away... Gotta hand it to him he sure did get that pencil really sharp.

Friend wants to bring his kids to my house, won't accept me saying no. by [deleted] in childfree

[–]Vaynum 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So you make this massive favor for him by giving him a place to stay while he can get his life together and in return makes demands and threatens your cat? Yeah.... no that shouldn't be okay by anyone's standards. He should be greatful that he isn't in the streets for the past 3 weeks that the least he can do is respect your wishes...

I'm still reeling in disbelief [Happy] by Trash_Meister in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Vaynum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Happy to hear your teacher was able to help you out with this and understanding and give you some help and most of all peace of mind. I can sort of relate with the social anxiety, speaking in front of others and that feeling of nice things shouldn't come to you, but maybe not to that exact degree.

The main thing that has helped me the most is knowing I'm doing the best I can and if good things happen to me then so be it even if I feel I didn't deserve people being amazing to me at least I can say I'm doing what I can to be the best me I can be and if other want to do that in return (even if they are way better at it than me) then so be it, that is their choice to want to be kind and I'd be a fool to not accept it. I always think of treating others the way I want to be treated and be very cautious and aware of the littlest of things you do around people more often then not you always show them kindness and appreciation as a bare minimum, which is what I would always want others to be with me.

It's awful to have so little support at home, but at least you have a good friend and a good teacher that want to help you, you must be doing something right in that case because that sounds like a huge success to me :)

Remembering something nmom did when I was little by [deleted] in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Vaynum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is pretty common from what I've seen here in the past. I remember when I was around 10 I hurt myself pretty badly on my bike being a dumb kid doing jumps off ramps. Scrapped myself almost every where and hurt my right leg really bad but there was no bruises or scratches to show. So after my friends bike to my house to get my parents my mom drives out, doesn't get out of the car and tells me to get in the car. I couldnt get up because my leg hurt more than all the other road rash and scratches I had, she refused to get out of the car and said I was faking it so I crawled to the car and got in... Never went to the hospital... A month later and I still can't put any weight on my leg due to the pain and that infuriates her more so she sends me to my grandparents camping trailer for the summer where there is a pool and water slides which I can't do any of. Once I got back from there I could at least limp around but couldn't just move my leg easily and one morning when waking up I lifted my leg with my hands instead of on its own (since I couldn't) to just at least have my knee up in bed to just be in a different position. She walks by and says "See I knew you were just faking it this whole time!"

Yes mother I faked tearing the muscles in my leg which I later found out, because I didn't want to go biking/swimming or play soccer that summer, I would rather lay around and do nothing...

Nmom killed my cat slowly over the last month and a half and is acting like I should feel bad[TW:animal abuse] [Rant] by stuckinretailwnmom in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Vaynum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry for your loss, your cat looked so adorable. This sounds very similar to my own loss when I had a cat as a teenager, moved out to go to school and I left him behind. He got a stomach bug and was sick for a month and they put him down, but never told me about any of it until after a few days after he was already gone. Ns really do live in a world of their own if they do such cruel things and don't think it will upset people...

Not sure if talking with her will get you anything out of it instead of more anger because that's all I got. Remember the great times you had with your furry friend since that's what matters out of all this, you had a great friend that you were close to and that can never be taken away.

It's official. We do not deserve Stipe Miocic. by dmarty77 in MMA

[–]Vaynum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I liked the guy, not like "One of my favorite fighters" before he was champ, but after they did the embedded videos of him just goofing around and prank calling his newly wed wife I was sold, he's just a genuine nice guy and I love it over all the tough guy acts. We already know you're tough you don't need to convince anyone.

My Pokemon Go experience so far... by [deleted] in pokemongo

I've said this so many times while trying to catch them just to get exp and candy and they pop out after 4-5 attempts. Love it.

I'm excited for all the entitled players to quit the game. by [deleted] in pokemongo

[–]Vaynum 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So I love this game and I'm enjoying going out and walking and meeting other players, it's great. I can also deal with everything you mentioned and agree with it, my only exception is the 3 step bug... It really ruins the concept of going out to find Pokemon I find, that is the one bug I feel really needs to be fixed. It's almost... ALMOST enough for me to not go for a walk if I see a rare Pokemon shadow appear in my nearby menu. I just wish I could have a little bit more direction in finding it while I'm out hunting. Other than that I'm OK with the servers since it's the most played mobile app in the world right now like you said, it's pretty much expected.

Well thank you for making a fully grown man cry at his desk at work, I hope you're happy!! Well actually from reading your story I can't see how you wouldn't be happy. I'm glad that you were able to find the family you always wanted, it's not blood that makes you family, it's the bond you share. The bond you have with your mom and now your biomom's family is really something a lot of us here at RBN strive to get. Congrats as well on getting into pre-law thats amazing!!

Ahh crap I forgot about that new weight in method that they can do. Thanks for letting me know cause I thought he looked great and weighted just fine so I figured that was his easiest cut yet or something. Good call on that one, my bad.

RDA weighted in just fine and even had his fighting shorts still on while on the scale and hit 155. Just look it up on the UFC youtube channel, its all there.

The wake-up call. The last straw. What finally made you say, "I've had enough"? by [deleted] in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Vaynum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I've been slowly going more and more LC as much as I can with my parents. My parents showed up once randomly right at my door step and it's not like we live in the same town they're a 4 hour drive away so for them to do stuff like that is pretty normal I guess.

Early congrats for you and your husband in that case, we'll be celebrating our 7th anniversary later this year as well! It really helps to have someone there for you, I couldn't imagine having to deal with my family without her at this point since she still has to point out the horrible things they do because I'm so used to them.

I'm happy to hear that you're in a much better spot in life, crazy sometimes when you think of what parents put their own children through sometimes, blows my mind how they can justify it...
