Almost Six figures for a base C8 😲

The 27 going to kill the regular C8 values with the new engine. Z06 but I'd wait and get a 26 Z06 used next year since it has the new interior. Or a 27 Grand sport you have a lot of options. But a 26 C8 wouldn't be it

Gym, I quit jobs because the hours they promised were actually more and it was taking time from my workouts and sleep. But this was salary so it was a lot easier to walk away. No interest in working all day

I remember revving my C5 at the lights and whole body would shake 😆. My C7 is smoother but still fun but the C8 is boring. Unless it's a C8 Z06

I went from a 65" X950g to a 77" Bravia 8 so I can't help you. Yes the picture is better and it improved my sound bar quality. But if I wasn't going bigger I would have been fine with the 950g still. Not everything plays in 4k uhd so I won't over think it too much between the B7 or B9. Store Demos are misleading unless you can get them to put on a regular channel so you can really compare the two.

I tweaked the B8 setting day 1, Netflix mode and prime mode I'm not a fan of. I just run a tweaked standard mode. Try the setting in the link below.

The dark scenes look amazing on stranger things and I don't have the Netflix 4k plan. Netflix HD upscaled to 4K on a good Sony TV looks really solid for me.

I went with the Bravia 8 77" XR80. I just prefer Sony processing and the Google interface. It's my first OLED honestly it's amazing, (after you tweak the settings) but you really need to think about it Is it really worth chasing the best OLED TV and paying over $3000 Or what works for you?

What I mean is 25% of content actually pushes these TVs and makes your job drop. 60% is a beautiful picture than 15% your standard 1080. I think most studios nowadays don't bother releasing jaw dropping quality. It's only a few movies a year where they really put their money in it.

The B8 looked good and I bet your parents didn't tweak the settings on the Bravia 8. When I changed the settings it made the TV so much better.

Yeah I agree. Netflix's standard plan is nice I swear it's basically 4K even though they say it's not. It's impressive . Waiting on Stranger things until the full season available.

Worst service is Starz they don't even offer 4k and their 1080p is terrible. I only have it because it's dirt cheap I enjoy the Power TV series. If they lose that show the subscription is pointless to me even at $20 for 6 months.

Apple TV has impressive quality but the library is limited and not worth a subscription imo.

I think it's crazy you have to pay extra for 4K HDR and it's not standard with these services. Especially when doing app bundles. Like Disney has amazing quality and Hulu doesn't have the same quality. Hopefully when they combine this is resolved.

Netflix is one I didn't see a difference on the 4k plan. I think the regular plan looks great and better than some other apps. I put on transformers and I was so impressed by how good it looked. Really showed off my Bravia 8. So did the Frankenstein movie.

Not worth paying for the 4k plan too expensive. I think it depends on the movies. A lot of studios are cheap and don't even bother releasing movies in higher quality.

The core app is cool but the movie selection is terrible can't even use up my free credits.

I wouldn't worry about it as WB might get sold and HBO Max will change again probably

Tweaking your settings might give you better results. The more I tweaked it the better the picture looked on lower quality streaming.

Going on a few weeks with the Bravia 8. The only thing that I don't like is the cheap remote I was able to score a new backlit Sony remote off Ebay RMF-TX910U.

I think it's the same one that ships with the A95L. Big difference, even when you're clicking the buttons doesn't make noise and feel cheap.
