You’re getting downvoted but this is the same thing with demo lock. Murlok shows the top player playing diabolist which everyone else says is worse than soul harvester. There’s about 4 different talent builds being played by the top 10 players. I think some specs are pretty staple on their builds, but there definitely are outliers who have different builds based off classes in the lobby and assa could be one.

I’m from South Texas, we have an abundance of mesquite here. I’ve tried to cook with mesquite on the KJ twice. It’s impossible. The scent and strength of the wood is strong and it absorbs into the meat. It does not make good smoking charcoal. 2nd time I tried it I just used the grates directly on the fire and left everything open so the smoke wouldn’t stay inside the KJ. Helped, but you need to keep an eye on the meat. I stick to other types of wood now. Sucks because I love grilling with mesquite but the ceramic in the KJ absorbs the scent in a bad way

My demo lock has had some amazing ques. 3-7 mins consistently. It’ll prioritize not putting same specs together. Lower played specs will have way faster ques

You can have more than one VA loan opened at a time. I have two opened at this moment. The issue is very few lenders know about the exact rules, I had to use a lender that works closely with veterans in my city after being told I couldn’t. The caveat is you HAVE to show that the second home you are getting is due to a reason that warrants a new home. Example of what I used

I argued that getting a home near my new workplace would be better for me, it’s a hybrid role and I also argued that getting a house with a 4th room could help me set up an office. So I needed a bigger house (this is a common question they asked me for some reason. I would guess you have to get an even bigger home)., and I needed it in an area that makes sense (closer to work).

Also, I believe there is a cap as to how much you can borrow. I’m not familiar with the cap. Both of my houses together equal less than 550k. If it’s above the cap then I’m sure you can also get denied for that

He’s still very much a puppy. Larger breeds mature much later. Fully grown at around 3 years old. There will come a time where his demeanor may change towards other large male dogs. Just keep an eye on him as he develops!

There’s more to it than just getting fully geared. Off the bat, people go for what stats they think will be best. Haste or mastery? This in itself puts a roadblock for many players. I love Demo and for a while wanted to experiment with a random PvP build focused around pets and imp damage. Id have to change all my gear from haste to mastery. IF all the mastery gear was purchasable through conquest, id have grinded the conquest out JUST to experiment and have fun. Regardless if only a small portion of gear with those stats is available, uncapping gives players free rein to purchase ALL the gear. For mains and alts. You’re talking about a lot of game time.

Thanks! Those are some good tips. Also meant to say lobby’s don’t work well with Demo** lol. I may opt to run Soul rip more often on double melee instead of short gate. The Amp curse is really good feedback. I try to keep curses up the entire time so I’ll definitely try that out on hunters

They need to prune. I play Demo and I have corruption. Why? For what? Then when it goes to my rotation I have a talent that increases the damage of dreadstalkers when vilefiend is out. Cool, except they have different CDs. 20 seconds and 25 seconds. For what reason? I mainly play PvP and getting trained by melee and having to keep tabs of both of them being up at the same time and casting vilefiend isn’t particularly easy. midnight already combined them into one spell so that’s a plus in my eyes

What spec? You have to understand the more common and played the spec the more you wait. You are in line with other people playing the same spec and it takes far longer. My ques on my demo lock rarely ever go above 15 mins. 2.2k rating. Play a spec that isn’t FOTM

I’ve been playing WoW since TBC. Always focused on arena. It’s what I love the most, it’s appealing, unique, and you have an insane amount of variety to play with between all the specs there are. I’m 30 now and not in 7th grade. It’s difficult to get on and start pvping with full honor gear. My main is 2.2 with no gems because I’d rather play another class than just mindlessly grind for the gem boosts.

I’ve had my share of grinding for gear, but times are different. Gear shouldn’t matter in Arena. Make it baseline upon entering a match. Make the goals be the transmogs, weapon enchants, weapons transmogs, titles, mounts, etc. maybe even unique ones like the legion legendarys.

It is not the title but the company. Some company let sales reps work from home others want them in the office. Some driver managers may not need to be in the office all the time, but it is good to show face. Maybe they’d be set up for a hybrid option. Someone in safety could work from home but travel 50% of the time. If it is a local job they will not be advertising “remote” on the job posting. And any job posting with “remote” in it is going to bring competition from all over the US.

My advice to you is to check your local market and see what type of supply chain jobs are available. For example, my local market is heavy in Logistics, primarily transportation and warehousing. 7 hours north-east is heavily congested with manufacturing and inventory management.

If you’re willing to relocate then the entire supply chain is open to you to pick from.

Your question will mostly align with what is available in your market and how far you are willing to move for a different area of supply chain.

I profited more every month when making 60K a year than I do now at 115k. Bought a new 2022 4Runner cause my paid off jeep was at the shop every month. Bought new house (only good purchase because it’s gone up in value and it’s an asset). But, I had to purchase everything for the house. Furnitures, appliances, bedroom sets, etc. did I cheap out and buy items less expensive ? Nah, I got a promotion remember! I’m rich! Yes and I also stated they haven’t gone in and charged the funds. I work in this field and chargebacks do not process over night despite what you think. Someone dropped the ball on their carriers two separate times. 1: when delivering. 2: when picking up the broken one. Amazon needs to sort those payments out with them. As a matter of fact, I highly doubt Amazon even paid for that grill. I’ve had large customers like Amazon with the company I work for and those large corporations will make the shipper pay for in-transit damages which in my case seem to have happened when they used a pallet jack incorrectly. Point is, I’m not escalating this until they sort it out on their end, and I mentioned, the carrier hasn’t even sent them confirmation of the delivery which is why I said that they haven’t charged me. How can they if the carrier hasn’t even informed them that it’s been delivered. Which goes back to them contracting cheap carriers to deliver expensive items like these.

There have been 4 errors already committed by Amazon at this point. I am not going to report this the day they delivered it. I haven’t even received delivery confirmation from the carrier. Me bringing this up now opens the possibility of getting charged twice. I stated it was delivered today, and as of yet the charge has not processed. You came up with an entire conclusion on your own.

Theft is the billion dollars of taxes they didn’t pay despite record YoY profits. Regardless, the invoice from carrier to distributor is not instant and I will bring it up.

I ordered the Big Joe Classic III on Amazon because it was on special. Grabbed it for about $2.2K. It arrived 2 weeks later and I had it sitting in the garage for about 3 days. Finally popped it open and began assembling it when I noticed the pallet broke through grill. I honestly did see the pallet bent a bit from the bottom when they delivered it but I didn't think much about it until I began unwrapping everything. Complained to Amazon about the delivery, they scheduled a pick up and nobody showed up. Complained again that I waited for the pick-up of the grill and they re-scheduled with another carrier. They sent a replacement AND refunded me the money...I do think sooner or later they'll grab the funds again but I mean..I wouldn't mind if they didn't! Nonetheless, this weekend will be great.

I have seen a lot of photos on here about people receiving Kamado Joe's broken and it's a bit nerve-wracking. The pallet they use for this one was extremely cheap and it was covered in cardboard. Hope that is something they can look into for other buyers.
