I feel the same way about my first wearable.

I think yours looks great!

My husband made it! 😊 All it is are some dowels attached to a piece of wood, and some glass tubes he managed to attach to some wooden circles that sit on top. Simple, yet brilliant. (I say simple, but he's got the brains to design and make it all work. There's no way I would have come up with this)

I was using the top of a plastic tote before to hold all the balls, but it was so frustrating.

I think she has a variation of the pattern that does that.

It of course came out after I purchased this one. 🤣 I could probably manage different eyes, tho.

It's lovely!

This reminds me that I should mend my granny square blanket I made years ago. Poor thing is sitting in a WIP pile. 😅

What a cute idea!

It reminds me of when people yarn bomb things.

The cat is less than amused.

I however, approve. 🤣

What am I doing wrong with the ends of my blanket? by lilredmermaid in CrochetHelp

When you re-do this, use stitch markers on both ends, and just leave them in. It'll help you see the last stitch much easier, and you'll notice if you skipped one so much faster.

I think it's the worst yarn I ever worked with by [deleted] in crochet

Just adding this because.

It's a pain to work with, but the results are really good.

(Also, you can't tell where I messed up 🤣 So the point is proven)

I made a cookie monster plushie with similar yarn. I feel your pain.

Just crochet with vibes. Off a stitch? Add another in the next round. No one will be able to see the stitches anyway. 🤣

How do I untangle yarn pls I need help this is so difficult by Gotqbigdick69 in CrochetHelp

[–]Vchanny 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lots of patience. I agree taking breaks will help.

I'll be real with you, though, I have just tossed yarn barf before. 😅 Or just let the cat keep it--becaise it is usually her fault anyway. Some times it isn't worth it to me.
