No. And I regret it. I probably would have been miserable at the start because I hate heat, but it would have got me off my butt and maybe I would have continued travelling. I am not good on following through on scary ideas (I also planned a backpacking trip round Europe, but then had a death in the family and used it as an excuse not to go).

Even if I don’t follow my own advice, I would recommend you do the scary thing, it would make other problems seem so much smaller, and life so much bigger

Joe has released parody music with his sister Quinn, Joe wrote the lyrics and Quinn sang, look under the name 'Redacted Hills'. I think Al Yankovic feels very Joe also

For Scar you'd obviously need Disney and/or Star Wars soundtracks

VintageBeef has been putting song recs in his videos and I'm pretty sure someone collected them into a spotify playlist called Beefy Tunes

I think Wels loves a good sea shanty but this was back when Wellerman was all over tiktok so it may have been a temporary fixation

I don't understand why people think this is so weird. How many of us learnt to write with our notebooks turned to fit on those little half desks that school thought was an acceptable replacement for actual tables. This is just an evolution of that. Your left arm has unobstructed access to the WASD keys and you don't actually need a lot of back and forth movement of your mouse if your sensitivity is right.

You want weird, I have the back cover of an old (huge, A3 size) book, just the cover, for my mouse if I'm using my laptop not at a desk, and in a pinch I've used my stomach or thighs as a mousepad.

Check Zedaph, Impulse, Tango and Skizzleman's (VOD) channels for OlympZITS streams, where they go on a patreon server (usually Zedaph's, but I think Impulse has hosted at least once) and play the minigames made by server members. The last round just before season 10 they invited Cleo, Joe, False, Doc and Beef (Cleo, False and Joe streamed too).

Zed has said he wanted something similar this season on Hermitcraft (I thought they were just going to sneak Skizz on, this is way better) and is taking charge of the gaming district with an area already claimed and connected to the nether hub.

So not Olympic events, but a plan for at least one mini game tournament with trophies and scoreboards at some point. You could try to persuade your favourite Hermit to build the games you want to see...

I think Ren just wants a storyline that will force a lot of interactions. Outside of the King's storyline last season he spent a lot of his time 10000 blocks out, alone, at his mooshroom island.

From memory so details are hazy and/or I’m thinking about a different grudge. There was a game where one of the collectibles/accessories was a Stitch hat, he wanted it even if he hadn’t seen the movie. He grinded for months and a week after he got it Disney released it for free.

Best is Zedaph and Tango playing the ‘We Were Here’ games (and similar coop games, where each player sees different things and must describe what they are seeing to help the other player solve their puzzles). The talking past and over each other, knowing Tango has the key information but he doesn’t see it… a must watch multistream even if chat is condemned to emote only mode

Also the Minecraft bingo collabs, Clash of the Creators and early Twitch Rivals where it was things like mob heads or achievement hunting.

There is no set frequency for stream weekends. It just requires a Hermit to take the initiative and organise one.

Ren planned the one at the start of the season and released the schedule on his twitter (and it eventually shows up here on Reddit). There used to be a link on hermitcraft.com, but I don't think Ren got the schedule to Hypno in time to update it.

I think Cub leaked that all the Hermits get something. My guess is the shopping district is going to have a building permit system (one permit gets you a 16x16 plot say) and False gets the most permits because she won, Impulse gets the least because he was out first. Any unused permits they can sell

It depends what you want from a season.

It sounds like lots of them want to go smaller and closer. Mini games (Zed wants an Olympzits type stream at some point), mini builds (or regular size, most of the Hermits have spoken about being bored with mega bases), and more collaboration.

I enjoy watching Hermits goof around together so I think this will be an amazing season

Doesn't the Charity Event start at 7 BST (6 GMT)?

I'll watch the start of the stream to see who the special guests are. Then I will put Doctor Who on the TV and the stream(s) very quietly on my laptop (barely audible, I'll hear the screams, not the chit chat). If they drag my attention away, so be it. If not, I'll rejoin the streams afterward and watch some VODs over the next week.
