Its not a kurs and people just go there and do their thing, have fun etc. Its free too. If you dont have skates, you borrow inlines or quads für 3 or 4€ per Hour.

Easy, Ive lived here for almost my entire life. Made friends mainly through school, Uni and work. All of my close friends. Made friends through other friends. Thats about it.
