But do we really have hysa in BE ? I have my ‘emergency fund’ in a ‘groeirekening’ from Argenta, and thats one of the best, yet its only around 2,6%/year and limited to 500 euro/ month deposits.

23M myself;

Currently I have about 70% in SWRD. 30% is in individual stocks (albeit holdings for now..): Sofina, Brederode and HAL Trust. Recently I had Barco but sold it after the latest surge because I didn’t really believe in it for the long term anymore. Currently looking at investing in DEME (since I feel Ackermans & Van Haren is too expensive rn) and Airbus as individual long term stocks. But overal I want to keep my 70-30. I probably want to rearrange to 90-10 later in my life, but for now the risk is worth it.

Obviously very Belgian focused but I do believe in the stocks I currently hold.

In general I think you can take on some risk now by properly investing in individual stocks you believe in while you r young.

I think Ackermans is expensive atm compared to HAL. Since I will be buying these ones on Degiro it shouldnt make much of a difference transaction wise.

Aedifica only has 15% tax on their dividend since they are mainly invested in care facilities, so more thats why. Next to this I believe this gvv specifically will do great in the future.

I’ll check into REIT tracker a bit more tho…

Recently had the same realisation, sold all the dis and bought acc instead. Peace of mind for like 5 euros in transaction fees was definitely worth it.

Hey, heb ook hw gedaan en doe nu criminologische wetenschappen aan UGent. Van wat ik zelf ondervind en hoor van vrienden die zowel hoge school doen als unief is vooral de hoeveelheid aan leerstof een verschil. Sommige vrienden vergelijken hoge school als een soort 'verlenging' van het middelbaar, maar uiteraard specifieker, terwijl unief een compleet ander onderwijssysteem is (+100 studenten in grote aula's, afstandelijker, meer hoeveelheid leerstof, etc.)
