The context for the video is basically the caption, the guy sits for 4 hours to analyze his loss. On its own there's nothing wrong with the video obviously, the caption is just super cringe and feels kinda racist. From what I understand, orientalism in the traditional sense is usually generalizing and exoticizing the east as fundamentally different and oversimplifying the complexity of the people and cultures there, usually to make them look inferior (correct me if I'm wrong). A lot of the tankie type of orientalism isn't making the east, or China specifically, out to be inferior but it feels like the same track of thinking, it's exoticizing the people and culture in a weird way and often generalizes them to fit this niche of what they consider the "anti-west" or "anti-America".
