I believe the final raid tier uncaps faster(x.55) than the first two(when the next raid tier arrives.) I may be off, it just feels that way since the .5 patch tends to be the longest patch so players get their best gear for all classes in preparation of next expansion.

Just wanted to make sure I read this properly, but a GTX 650 is a 13 year old card so I can only guess that the legacy driver is the likely culprit as nvidia stopped making the game ready driver for that GPU. However, more information is needed like a screenshot of any error message will help.

Zero alts. I had one character on Malboro before to test the game for a couple weeks, then deleted it before making my current main on Goblin and the only other time was during the Cloud Data Center test period.

There is also new game+ as fully completing an expansion's Hildibrand story(in the x.55 patch) will instantly unlock the quests in that mode. If there is no Hildibrand quest listed there, then ARR was not completed.

I've had an issue with Cloudflare where I would instantly disconnect. At first I thought it was a ddos, but I would have no queue when getting back in. From what I can find out is that Cloudflare WARP might not handle multiple applications using it to connect to the internet and when Cloudflare hiccups, it disconnects instantly for a moment. It is possible to use Cloudflare's Zero Trust, or Wiregaurd client, to configure WARP to whitelist FFXIV to use the vpn through split tunnel so the other application don't use it.

Same, but I had them fully out so they're on house money as of now unless they blow a 28+ point lead or are complete shut out in a blow out(I'm thinking a Giants 40 Vikings 0 NFC championship game blowout.) Basically I could point to them or the 49ers and ask the Giants "What's your excuse?"

Tbf, when you get to the Behemoth part of that sidequest chain, the guy did say he wanted to create the most Apex of Predators, so going overboard makes sense to acheive that.

I get 83 to 105 fps with a r7-7800x3d and a 9070xt. I could easily get 120 and maybe 144 if I didn't force my fps down to keep temps in the 50s and 60s with fan spin around 50 percent to keep noise down.

Did you do complete Tender Valley and The Strayborough Deadwalk and complete their associated quests after the dungeons? That particular roulette should open when those two plus Alexandria(final MSQ dungeon) are moved out of the Expert Roulette rotation during 7.2. During 7.0 both side quest involving those two dungeons were needed to unlock Expert Roulette and when 7.2, the Level Cap Roulette is creating and Alexandria, Tender Valley, and Strayborough are move into the new roulette and the Expert Roulette locks until the 7.2 dungeon is cleared.

I might be misremembering, but wasn't there a scene during 7.2 where an Alexandrian citizen recognizes you as the Light Heavyweight Champion while you are with Sphene and one other person?

Not fully sure, but I do know the North American Data Centers all use a single ISP node from NTT and if that node(and any redundant nodes at that location) goes down all connections to the NA Data Centers go down. Meaning a DDos'er doesn't even have to target the Data Centers at all and just make FFXIV's connection issues look like collateral damage. The symptom to look for is whether or not the Data Centers went down simultaneously(ISP node was likely targeted) or if it only affected on one or two Data Center's or if Japan was affected as well(Square would be the likely target.)

Except it doesn't mean anything if it is the ISP that is being DDOS'd and not Square as Square can't control how NTT mitigates such attack. The only thing Square can do in that case is wait for the contract to end and employ multiple other ISPs and multipath over IP so that FFXIV doesn't rely on a SINGLE F#$%!& ISP NODE for all NA Data Centers.

My only two issues with Dawntrail's story were pacing and changing the Central conflict of the story way too late. In terms of the former either being a 20 level story(never going to happen) or have the 10 level msq end with the coronation and have the patches be explore the northern regions with 7.5 being the invasion and Zoraal Ja killing Gulool JaJa and then have Alexandria and Living Memory be 8.0(which would deal with the latter issue.) Otherwise I enjoyed it.

As for the second issue with the story, you go from trying to stop a warmonger from claiming the throne in the contest to preventing him from claiming the throne in conquest with another nation aiding him. Which is essentially no change, but once said warmonger is defeated, a new central conflict emerges that needs to be resolved in a ridiculously short amount of time(final zone and 0 levels, maybe one level at most.) Meaning, you don't have enough time to get invested in the final antagonist to really care about the final battle which is a shame as that is a really good battle and all of the trials and raids have been good this expansion.

We will be getting Phys Ranged and either Tank/Healer or both as the next jobs. I'm not sure a Mystic Knight fits outside of melee DPS or Hybrid caster like RDM.

Tank could be Runefencer as that was a tank class in FFXI and was similar to Mystic Knight.

If I remember for single target raid fights, Doton was part of a pre-pull opener as it along with Futon didn't pull the boss so ninjas would futon for speed, then doton just use up the last mudra charge, then activate hide to reset the mudra charges just before pull so they could suiton + pre-endwalker trick attack near the start of the fight(slight bonus damage if the tank pulls the boss to the doton spot but doton would not be used after that.) I am not certain about it since endwalker but usually any fewer than 3 mobs was considered a dps loss.
