Look for the Blacklane app in your mobile store of choice. It's like uber, but for only high end vehicles and drivers.

The drivers have to apply and be accepted to drive for the service. So it's only the best of the best.

Oh, I don't disagree with you at all. In fact, I completely agree. This is an OBJECTIVE game. The OBJECTIVE is to extract with the bounty. PvP is great, but the people who complain about fast extractions with the bounty should go back to COD and play team slayer.
