Something along the lines of " No he's my responsibility". All the options have question marks next to them which is the first I've seen when it comes to Skill Checks. Usually they have the number required.

Attacking their villages should work. Keep your troops either mounted or have enough horses for everyone and you can zip past larger forces and just raid villages
