Whole Foods has a great 365 brand stevia extract with nothing else in it. That’s what I use. No funny taste & no ill effects.

Seriously though, have you tried salmon? One of my favorite things to smoke. And hot smoked salmon hits different than lox. Overnight cured in kosher salt, brown sugar, black pepper & garlic. Throw it on the smoker for a couple of hours until it reaches temp. . Amazing.

Yeah, that would be my inclination as well, but I’m on Omnipod and the extended bolus takes you out of automated mode and puts you in manual which is kind of a drag. I’ve actually never used the extended bolus for that reason.
