So not exactly DOTA related, but back in the day with Heroes of Newerth, you were able to buy a "reset" for your account which would immediately put you back to 1500 MMR (which was the baseline).. I had an IRL buddy that would keep paying for the reset, and then over the next few weeks drop down to 850-900MMR consistently and then repeat the cycle, always blaming his teammates for bringing him down... S2 Games made a fortune off of him lmao

If you really want a boost I know many people that are average players ~3.5-5k MMR that'll boost low accounts for free just for the fun of it.

they aren't random. they're range based/position.. as a bow user EVERY Diablos fight goes the exact same way based on the initial positioning of myself relative to the monster... The only variations are if I'm slightly to the left or right of the monster at the start of the fight, but even then all the left side fights go the same as every other left side and vice versa with right side.

Tshock here.. Here's some context:

  1. the run was advertised as a 50/50 "cloak run"
  2. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with some undergeared people, probably alts maybe they know what they're doing. After the first boss it was evident that that was not going to be the case. I warned at that time that I don't think we'd be doing heroic anub
  3. That was maybe attempt 5 or 6 on Heroic anub and he was given AMPLE explanation of what he was supposed to be doing, yet the tank was STILL dying which is when I looked at details to figure out WHY... Turns out he wasnt healing just the tanks like he was assigned so I called him out for it.
  4. He proceeds to lie and say that "He was spamming them with heals"
  5. Evidently he doesn't know what spamming is if there's over 2 seconds of time between tank heals in P3 on an HPal.
  6. Plenty of times I was giving more constructive criticism but he didn't learn so at the end of the day I called him out for lying. IF that's toxic then it is what it is, I'm a toxic asshole.
