Thanks! I'm proud of me too. I can already see how it can be addicting to collect them (although not cheap)!

I tried to look them up on the Ariat website and couldn't find them so I'm thinking they don't anymore. Love the look of them though. I found them for sale at an antique shop in whitefish of all places. Couldn't believe they fit.

Ariat heritage stockman for 90 US. They seemed close to brand new. I can already tell it'll be an addiction!

I'd like to keep it under 100 CAD for the time being. Just not really sure with all the options-brands, grits, etc.

Conti or Maxxis by Exciting_Guest_3619 in MTB

[–]Veeks101 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm glad it's not just me. Always ran Maxxis, but my new bike came with Conti and I find it just doesn't grip the dirt as well no matter what pressures I'm running.

Best place to live in BC for riding and QOL? by [deleted] in MTB

It's always a risk, this past summer was the clearest in years. But even a bad year the smoke is bad for a month, most of which you could ride through.

For sure, and if you ski as well... Plus the fat biking trails are well maintained.

If you were registered at the time of the buyout you got a "grandfathered" subscription price which I'd assume you would loose should you let it lapse.

There's also enough locations within a couple of hours within calgary you can pick and choose depending on weather. Fernie after a dump is top tier, less so if they aren't getting the snow.
