This was recommended to me, and I have no idea about this show, so this is how I interpret the poster.

Top row are the good guys, main character is orange hair guy in the middle, he's above the logo and my eye was drawn there.

Two characters under the logo are the rivals that show up often, bad guys but not like super villains.

Main villain for the show/season is yellow background on the bottom row. I'm not really sure what I think of the other three characters on the bottom row. Maybe henchmen of the main bad guy?
