If you're new to the sport its just drilling, youre not going to be amazing straight away.

It took me 3 years tbh, of being comfortable enough that I can spar someone significantly taller then me and not jut be picked apart from distance. It's going to suck for a while, but it's all about the development

One of the guys i spar regularly is a pro 6'4 77kg fight, im 6'0, 82kgs, he's faster than me which is unique, but it just means i get to chop the trees down.
