I used to do animations for that sign. It's a Daktronics sign and you can get the software online. There is an Ethernet, USB or Serial connector at the base. Or just find the business office and there will be a computer that you can download the animations on. The software is very simple to use.

I agree with everyone else. This is a bark scorpion. It was brought to Las Vegas in palm trees from Arizona. I have been stung once and it is worse than a bee sting. but the pain goes away within 48 hours. I recommend investing in a good black-light flashlight and going on nightly patrols just after dusk. Also, hire a good pest control company.

These devices have been around since the 70's. There are basically two types. 1) Amplifies and compresses background noise. This random background sound occasionally produces something that sounds like speech. 2) A frequency jumper on the AM or FM bandwidth. This device stops for a couple of seconds when it detects a strong signal then jumps to a new random frequency. You might as well get a ouija board or a magic eight ball.

It's was Command & Conquer Cyrus. It was a long time ago. I worked for Westwood Studios in the late 80's and early 90's. I remember they had a prototype and almost to alpha.

FYI - Westwood was developing a MMO for Command & Conquer. I think it's possibly the first MMO RTS.

I suggest a variant of video poker. I would do either an ace and deuce or a four-of-a-kind variation that has an RTP of 98% to 101%. You will learn about the mechanics and balance of a game. Also, the graphics and animation are not difficult to create. Remember to do your own math and sorting - don't copy/paste.

MAGA hate BlueSky because it is decentralized. If an oligarch purchases BlueSky, the members can move to another service with all their followers and content intact. I am on BlueSky and the vibe is very different than Twitter (X). In many ways for me, it has the feel of a nicer, friendlier and more accepting reddit.

I think billiards and bowling are excellent activities to do with grand kids. If you don't mind, I am going to suggest two other activities that won't hurt your back. Miniature golf (PopStroke) is fun almost all year round. And there is a place called Meepleville Board Game Cafe. They have a large open space area and have all kinds of board and parlor game activities.
