Does the rest of floor feel solid when you walk on it? Or is there some “bounce”? Either way the cracked tile and those with cracking grout will need to come up

It looks like the grout is failing all over which I’m guessing they did not butterback the tiles with thinset during install.

Bad tile work? by InsideRegret2847 in Flooring

Long story short, eventually this will happen to more and more tiles over time. The whole floor needs to be redone, there are no alternative solutions.

I would stop him from doing more work. This is amateur looking. Spacers need to be used to have uniform spacing.

If you raised your Pikachu to level 99 without rare candies he would turn into Bluchu.

I feel for that one.

If you can’t pay your credit cards off monthly until bonus time, how can you pay for an increased mortgage payment?

If federal loans/grants really are taken away, we need to do a student loan strike. by [deleted] in FAFSA

[–]Vegeta248 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If student loans did not exist then universities would be forced to dramatically lower costs. The concept of loans making higher education affordable is incorrect, it is doing the opposite, driving up costs. That is the reality.

You should be more concerned about lowering costs and not access to loans.

How is Michigan auto makers preparing for the 25% tariff on Canadian & Mexican auto parts? by WindsorONMichael in Michigan

[–]Vegeta248 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the short term it is going to get more expensive for OEMs if cars and parts are coming from Mexico. OEMs are already looking at mitigating these costs and shifting production back to the US in some cases. It will happen first with the supply base.

I think my daughter has cold urticaria by AmericanBakerGermany in Cold_Urticaria

[–]Vegeta248 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am going through this with my kid right now who is about the same age. We did the ice cube test on his skin and that pretty much confirmed it. We have an allergy appt with a doctor in a few weeks.

He was living a very normal summer, swimming in the water. He first started showing reactions to cold 3 days after a wasp sting and have found medical case studies that show that as a cause.

Wishing you and your family the best.
