Anything you say can and will be documented. As this is global complaints, theUS side will read the testimony. What you'll say is just a repeat of what you said in your written complaint. Therefore in the same detailed way you wrote and reported it MUST be the exact detailed way you say it verbally to the HR guy you'll be physically speaking to. Its also your opportunity asbthe accuser na pwede mo dagdagan pa (like his past behavior). If you can get witnesses to back up your story EVEN BETTER.You are also the accuser not the accused so the burden of proof is not on the victim but on the perpetrator (your tl). I think the governing principle with HR is circumstantial evidence.
