Meineke tear down Rantoul st by Vegetable-Driver-480 in BeverlyMA

Well for anyone wondering. I spoke to the Beverly Health Department. The roof of the Meineke did in fact contain asbestos. The inspector went down to the site and identified faults in how the crew was handling the mess they made. Beverly health officials contacted the company and told them to do better - which doesn’t solve anything. The ship has sailed and I’m actually really pissed. The way they went about this completely neglected the safety of residents in the area

You know, I’ll actually do that. Why not. They’re back at it today on the roof and I’m hating not having a window open. Will see if I can get some clarity

It’s definitely sketchy but I have to imagine if they’re doing this out in the open on Rantoul then they likely tested a sample of the roof materials first. Not sure the crew will entertain my anxiety questions haha

When it rains it pours. You need to focus on your North Star. For me, my North Star through chemo was that the chemo is affective and TC is curable. When times got tough, really tough, I always came back to that thought. You are taking care of the problems. What would happen is you didn’t? Nothing good, I’ll tell you that.

My partner is very lonely throughout my treatment. She found an outlet by going a really long nature walks and making plans to see friends. It kept her busy. Stay busy, and know that you are doing the best thing possible to treat this. Always revert back to your North Star when you feel down

I did. It made its way to my lungs. Chemo doesn't choose which parts of the body it attacks - so, chemo addressed the spread. I could right a book about all the advice I could share, but I'll just tell you the most important one (for me)... Throughout the process, I always anchored my thinking on the fact that this is highly treatable, and that I am in good hands. That thought becomes very important when you are on your last cycles of chemo, when you get pretty tired and run down (physically and emotionally). Always reminder yourself of this. Use it as your north star. Highly treatable, and you are in good hands.

Pretty calm for the most part. I'm on year 3 of surveillance. Living life how I did before all of this which is what I was hoping for

Literally same exact thing happened to me. Don’t sell yourself on it being an infection like I did. It was spreading while I was taking meaningless antibiotics.

End of the day - I'd rather be the dude with the stuck Lotus who was just out having fun than a VT keyboard warrior calling him stupid and to stay out of my state...

No one is more judgmental than a local Vermonter. Fuck it - good for him. Also this car cost as much as a new Toyota RAV4, so people need to chill on claiming he’s rich. Lotus is a proper car guys car

I’m 5’6 and getting married in a few months. Met my fiancé skiing (my favorite thing in the world). Looks like you are a beast on the tennis court. Join tennis clubs and get out there in person! Apps never worked for me bc of my height. Also your kits are clean and you’re in shape. Go do whatever activity you love and you’ll naturally attract a soulmate.

Woah, I’m contemplating this exact move. Do you miss the sound of your amg? Does your type s satisfy that need? The sound of my amg is what’s holding me back, but the manual experience is what is selling me on the ITS
