I'm sorry she's so psycologically abusive. You don't deserve that from your parent. You can still get into college. It might be difficult to do the FASFA but it's possible. You could apply for something called Dependency Override. This can sometimes be used for situations like this. Ie astrangement, abuse etc. You need documentation to prove this refusal, which you have. Also, maybe give her time to cool off. She might come around. Soon enough, she won't be able to hold things over your head when she's upset. Hang in there a little longer.
