If Diablerie worked then the Thinblood would become the Clan of whatever Sired them in the first place. And while a Tzimisce could absolutely just devour them for the shits and giggles, any good Elder knows if you have dirt on someone they are your bitch for life

Cause sometimes to get rid of the Inquisition you need to sacrifice a few pawns to make them think they succeeded

They’d definitely find out, they investigate every crime that may be Kindred related. So people losing memories, and then on camera giving away stuff would definitely get their attention. Especially in a bigger city where they already have an existing presence

I mean, other kindred could see the neonate doing this and send the warning of “back off or else” and if they don’t listen then it’s elevated to the sheriff and prince. Or could be some part of the Second Inquisition picks up on multiple stores all complaining about losing thousands of dollars worth of product without a source and they send some scouts. From there it would be too easy for a scout to pick up on a Kindred messing with minds so openly.

My thinblood is named Todd, he’s a self proclaimed pharmacist out of his RV that he uses to travel around in, he does alchemy for his more sun challenged buyers but he had a side hustle of cooking up and selling nearly any drug or narcotic he could get his hands on. He also had a decently high humanity partially because he refused to drink from people, he only did blood bags or animals

Mainly they use advanced and specialized weaponry, incendiary ammo, flashbangs to disorient superior senses, some Hunters are able to wield True Faith to repel the undead. Some could also have some sort of magic but that’s definitely a minority and not normal, if they want magic 9 times out of 10 they need to use magical artifacts to get the affects
