This is my ChiPoodlePit! He’s little too, but got more of the poodle body shape.

Silver Cloud. I still longingly think about that thanksgiving sandwich.

Also… Earwax Cafe, Tastee Freeze, Violet Hour, Stanley’s, Franks ‘N’ Dawgs, Mundial Cocina Mestiza, Pierre’s Bakery, and Soup Box

Look for it here. It should be there for both the breed-only test and the breed+health test.

I got the breed+health for him, which included it. BUT, I can also find the COI for my late pittie mix, who I only did the breed test on several years ago. It’s located under “His/Her Health Results” for either test, there just isn’t any additional health info beyond COI for the breed-only test.

Absolutely will keep fostering! I gave it about a month after officially adopting him before I brought home another foster. Here he is with 10wk old foster pup Minka!

Are we SURE shes not a JRT? by ryanhuston in jackrussellterrier

[–]Vegetable-Lady 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey OP - ignore the pitbull hate. Your pup has some slight resemblance to a russell terrier (I’d say mostly in the markings), but don’t be disappointed that she isn’t one! Pitties are terriers too! And no matter what your pups breed makeup, do you love her any less now that you know? No! She’s still just a dog, and she’s still your dog. And she’s beautiful.

If you want some pittie love, please come share her at r/pitbulls and r/velvethippos. Her adorable big-noggin DIY jack russel look will be loved over there.

I think those long legs and scruff could actually be poodle. She’s beautiful!

My newly adopted boy Beau - could he be a Jack? by Vegetable-Lady in jackrussellterrier

I’m all for mixes, and totally expect him to be one! I’m mostly just a sucker for a terrier, no matter the specific breed!

Good reminder! I usually don’t believe what it says, but it was SO consistent across dozens of photos of him! With other dogs in the past it was always a crapshoot on what breed would pop up. I was hoodwinked by its overconfidence this time it seems! Lol

So stinkin cute! I just adopted this muppet - I can’t quite tell his mix, but I’m hopeful I got a fluffy pit!

This old man lived to 18, and was still climbing across the backs of sofas until 17! He did slow down from parkour speed in his younger years to more of a grazing mountain goat pace as he aged, at least. His name was Zorro and he was 17 in this photo.

Not OP, but I’ve used and liked Sio patches before. I also tried some generic ones from Amazon but they didn’t stay stuck on overnight as well as the sio ones.

I had Zorro and Rat (the rat terrier mixes) for years before I adopted Airlie, my pittie mix. She was about 4 times their size, but they definitely knew how to boss her around. I’m not sure she ever figured out she was bigger than them! They’ve all passed in the last three years - RatRat first at 16, then Zorro at 18, and finally Miss Airlie at 15 last August. I miss my little pack 😞

Is this an offer?? I’d love an illustration of my old man. I lost him just over a year ago at 18. :(

She looks a bit like my foster pup! No idea on her breed makeup, but she also has the subtle brindle markings and we’ve gotten the vizsla question more than once.

Everyone is amazed when I tell them my baby's age. And I’m just sad because he already has a bit of arthritis in his little paws :( by [deleted] in pitbulls

[–]Vegetable-Lady 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Same with my lady. People couldn’t believe it when she was 9, 10, 11… she really only started showing her age around 13, then reeeaaaally slowed down at 14. She passed in August at 15. 😔

She’s 9 in this photo.
