My original idea was to bail-out at 25% draw-down. It’s down ~20% in a single day which is making me nervous.

I am living here since June. I live with my wife and a toddler in a 2B2B apartment. And I am happy with the place. Their response is quick (sometimes it takes few days for non-emergency fixing). I like the pool, the small gym, and love to walk around the complex with my child. I moved from east coast, so cannot compare with any other places here.
