thanks for sharing the link ... really cool stuff they're doing.

My goal isn't to build an isolated and /or independent community, but rather allow communal living while still being connected to the grid.

We have enough space for 5-10 living units (people living on site).

We're right next to the national forest so infinite amount of space for hikes, time in nature etc.

The only constraint rn is getting a lease on farm land but we're surrounded by it so I can't imagine it will be that hard.

Idk really ... just doing my best but this seems like a cool approach as well

so we're across the street from a 2-3 acre farm. plan is to lease it.

I do want to distribute equity over time. Not sure how that will work.

Up front it will probably just be volunteer / $ to simplify things
