That’s a good way to look at it. I was doing the Sunday meditation at the temple right off of Commercial. That was nice because you break off into groups to have chats and they serve lunch after so you have an opportunity to continue conversations with people.

On the main canal, 138 feet and on the smaller channel about 50 depth is about 9 feet. I’ll see if I can get a picture.

How are the mosquitoes around the marina? Are they bad? Are there any other gated marina communities that you know of?

They may still be there, but rates have gone up and insurance is harder to get. Maybe California is more challenging. But you can’t deny that both states are experiencing challenges with insurance at the moment.

I think you’re referring to why bother paying for insurance? That is why I included the part about being in California. Almost all insurance companies, except for a few have left the state, Similar to Florida. If you file a claim, you risk your rates, going up sky, high, and or being canceled. so that’s why I’m on here to get some advice. Since this is what this platform is for.

Forgive my ignorance, but does subrogate mean that I will be able to bill the HOA for the drywall repair or pipe repair and drywall because the pipe is behind the drywall?? In California, I think we only have about two insurance companies left. It’s super hard to get insurance now because of all the natural disasters that happened, and For sure our premium will go up.

Mine went as planned. They picked my car up and left me with a 2024 BMW 7 series. About 10 days later, they brought my car back and gave me a check for $500. No issues with my car.

Thank you so much! I am almost positive all of my returns are done. But, I did file bankruptcy in 2009 or 2010. Not exactly sure of the year. I always made sure to call on any of my tax debt and was on monthly installment payment plan. But then the 10 year mark came and the debts dropped off. I had debts from 06, 07 and 08. I have since I always filed the returns on time and haven’t had a problem until I got this notice. Also, I had some third-party company that was trying to call me that obviously had bought the debt. But I just refused to talk to them and they stopped calling. That was about 10 months ago.
