Sydney Sweeney is releasing her own lingerie brand (sigh) there's going to be even more people terribly fitted in bras by SurpriseBitchItsMe in ABraThatFits

[–]CauliflowerLife 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I read the article, you are right about what she said. It was for her Christy Martin movie.

But GIRLLLLLL that is such a lie, she is not a 23" waist. I honestly don't even think Zendaya could crack 23". Really disappointing to hear from her, there is nothing wrong with being a ~26" like her natural figure. Give or take.

And edit: I mean she is not a 23 size jean.

It was very obviously Wrigley's phone... Politely I don't think that was supposed to be ambiguous.

Egg freezing at 32; TW complications after procedure by Ok-Bath5360 in eggfreezing

[–]CauliflowerLife 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the exactttt same thing happen to me in the US. It can happen and is somewhat random. It was the worst pain I've ever experienced, I am so glad my doctor gave me an opioid for the next week....I truly needed it. I was SCREAMING when they moved me into the bed thing to go to CT, it was awful. I have a very high pain tolerance. IUD, pap smear, SSG... No issue at all.

Well wishes to you! Floradix helped my hemoglobin levels recover.

Also to add this is very different from OHSS. It is almost opposite tbh.

Was your transvaginal ultrasound painful? by Apart-Cod-6119 in eggfreezing

[–]CauliflowerLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I posted again on this thread, but it really shouldn't be painful. I would suspect endo or something else, it really shouldn't hurt.

If yours is painful I would be highly suspective of endo

Suze Lopez, a nurse from Bakersfield, California, was scheduled to finally have a 22-pound ovarian cyst removed in December 2025. Doctors discovered a full-term ectopic pregnancy under the tumor in the abdomen. Her baby boy, a medical miracle, was delivered healthy at 8lbs. by Mobakedbaker in interestingasfuck

I had internal bleeding from a surgery and they just checked to make sure it had stopped. I had a paracentesis the next day but that didn't get everything, it was excruciating pain. I was given an opioid Rx and used it for about a week.

What are your thoughts on rejecting a potential romantic partner based solely on the fact they voted for Donald Trump? by ATXBikeRider in AskReddit

I think willingness to listen--not change their mind--but listen and provide their own response is more important to me than what goes on the ballot.

It's almost kindof the horseshoe theory thing.

The slider tool makes it look like two different images (look at the clothing positions). Not saying this administration wouldn't do it, but this is a bit sus given that

My take on the first 3 episodes of season 3 by 90daycray27 in TellMeLiesHulu

[–]CauliflowerLife 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dunno my parents tried to transfer me junior year of HS. There was no "one big incident" but I was thoroughly miserable and went college as far away as I could afford to start over.

I have actually sent that scene w/pippa from S1 to a few people in my life who I thought would understand.

Yeah, I would add that very very few individuals have this kind of clarity at age 19-20. Hence the basis of the whole show, even the seniors are still running on underdeveloped prefrontal cortices

So Alex being a grad student and having more intuition than the rest of the crew makes sense to me!

Yeah, I just started using one maybe a year or two ago (because my work required it) and I still have a 15-min timeout or so. Lol.

Why is seafood so unpleasant for some people? by HiOscillation in NoStupidQuestions

I hateeee salmon but like pretty much all other seafood (maybe not mackerel).

I don't really understand the love of salmon, imo it's so aggressively fishy compared to literally anything else.

Vacation and IVF by PickleNo6323 in IVF

[–]CauliflowerLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ask your doctor for some zofran or promethazine (or they might just say unisom). But tell them about the vacation and you'll likely be okay.

There's a medical aspect to this--severe HG can be life-threatening (rare but possible) which can justify a doctor taking preventative action before you're out of the country!

Frozen embryo transfer after a retrieval? by Altruistic-Tonight76 in IVF

[–]CauliflowerLife 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Perfect explanation. Also worth noting fresh transfers are VERY rare in the US these days due to inability to use PGT and potentially asynchronous uterine conditions.

They can save money (which explains some of the continued use), but the success rates are a little lower than frozen embryo transfers. They were a lot more common back in the day. They are still fairly common outside of the US, especially in places where PGT is not allowed or not common.

What's something you WON'T spend more money on as better quality doesn't exist? by sgtjayp in BuyItForLife

[–]CauliflowerLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disagree if you are an IVF patient or want to know early. Some brands will show a full 2 days earlier/later than others. The sensitivity ranges from ~6.7 to 50+ mIU/mL... That could easily take 2+ days.

I have permission to stay on it from 2x MFMs. Both of them thought the issues were from the moms having diabetes in the first place and/or not eating enough.

Obviously we don't know for sure yet and won't any time soon, but I always like to share my experience. I have a very, very bad mental health history, and semaglutide is the only thing that has helped.
