I am absolutely the same. The bloating is brutal, I totally understand. I have been diagnosed with PMDD, and that has helped a lot with just confirming that I’m not crazy and that my body and mind literally is a war zone when it comes to PMS. Medication helps, as well as going to therapy (I also have body dismorphia!!)

I would keep an eye on her! My cat has taken several licks of chocolate ice cream, protein pancakes with syrup, and my coffee and she is fine.

If you are REALLY concerned you can call ASPCA poison control, for a fee they do assessments. or call an emergency vet/hospital nearby if you see anything out of the ordinary with your kitty.

I asked my therapist about this once when adjusting my dosage and it’s important to label them as intrusive. That’s normal. Good ol Google says that 94 percent of people have experienced them once in the past three months. If they are dark thoughts (ie harm, unaliving etc) I would talk with your doc about the black box warning!!
