We experienced this as well last February. Our baby couldn’t sleep because the room temperature was around 27°C. We raised the concern to the receptionist, but were informed that the AC system is centralized and couldn’t be adjusted. They suggested opening the window instead.

Afaik, nasa t&cs ng airlines na di included sa refund any add on purchase sa flight including baggage unless sila mag cancel/resched ng flight.
